David Brady Carpentry is a four year old family owned company based in
Newport RI.  We started our business working on second homes for owners who
live in other states and countries.  We have taken on major renovation projects
while the owners were away, and provided daily to weekly updates on the
progress of the work.

We have built on this trust and expanded from a residential only construction
company to helping both homeowners and property managers maintain and
upgrade their homes and commercial properties in Rhode Island.

We do not use subcontractors.  Our work crews are employees of the company
coverage.

We enjoy working with our customers, and provide property management at no
charge.  For homeowners, we provide a simple reporting process  each month
on the state of the property.

For commercial property managers, we offer a biannual no charge
maintenance check on the work that we do and warranty our work.  

We work with you in keeping your asset an asset.
